PI (Physik Instrumente) offers a new brochure on precision miniature linear translation stages Systems range from ballscrew-driven, palm-top sized stages with servo and stepper motors to thumbnail-sized piezo-motor driven stages for high-volume applications
High-speed stages are available with voice-coil motors, ultrasonic motors and piezo flexure drives.
Non-magnetic and vacuum compatible versions are available as well.
