PerkinElmer introduced new Spectrum Express software for the Spectrum 100 and Spectrum One series spectrometers Spectrum Express improves productivity with a process chain feature that allows the user to combine a series of data processing steps into a single process command
Once set up, the process chain can be recalled like any single process from the menu.
The software also features a compare function that provides simple materials checking by allowing the user to compare one spectrum against another or against a directory of spectra.
There is a spectral library search tool that assists users with the identification of unknown samples.
