When several of our customers expressed a desire for an easy-to-use, affordable, multi-purpose plasma etcher - we listened We came up with the PE-200 with added touchscreen control, compact design, high frequency power, automatic matching network, and custom electrode configurations, all in one reliable system
The PE-200 even has reactive ion capabilities.
And it starts around $38,000 complete with it's own pump.
