PharmaCore announced that Robert Maddox, previously vice president of sales and marketing, has been promoted to president
As president, Maddox will oversee company operations, develop and broaden the customer base, and build global strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical and chemical companies.
"PharmaCore is rapidly becoming a significant asset to some of the larger pharmaceutical drug discovery programs throughout the world," Maddox said.
"We have over 1050 compounds in our 2004 catalogue of molecular building blocks and we're positioned to increase our sales volume considerably over the next several years.".
Maddox, a veteran of the biotechnology industry, formerly served as the vice president of sales and marketing at Genevac and as the western region sales manager for Advanced ChemTech.
He graduated from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky, with a bachelor of science degree.
Maddox resides in Prospect, Kentucky, with his wife and children.
