HaloLink Resin, a recent addition to the HaloTag range, enables rapid, highly specific and covalent binding of HaloTag fusion proteins

HaloLink Resin consists of sepharose beads with a HaloTag specific ligand on the surface HaloLink Resin can be used in a variety of applications including: detection, isolation and analysis of protein:protein interactions; isolation of protein complexes; detection of enzymatic activity of immobilized HaloTag fusion proteins and one-step purification of fusion proteins

HaloTag labelling technology is a novel tool for protein visualisation in live and fixed cells, and for protein capture.

The technology consists of HaloTag polypeptide, which can be fused to a protein of interest, and interchangeable synthetic ligands that covalently bind to the HaloTag protein imparting functionality.
