Clearly a better microplate manifold
design

Acrylic manifold allows total automation of high-throughput solid phase extraction or protein precipitation experiments

Porvair Sciences has announced the availability of an acrylic manifold that allows total automation of high-throughput solid phase extraction or protein precipitation experiments when used with its Microlute microplate system Ergonomically profiled, the manifold permits robotic manipulators to rapidly and simply access and lift just the upper part of the Microlute

Multi-well collection plates can now be loaded into the base unit as required by simply lifting the top section of the manifold off.

The competitively priced manifold features a clear top section that allows the collection plate to be viewed throughout the elution process.

In this way scientists can easily monitor individual sample wells containing valuable analytes.

Manufactured from high grade white polyoxymethylene (Acetal) the bottom section of the manifold has been designed with a needle control valve which gives precise and complete control of vacuum pressure ensuring plates may be processed with enhanced reproducibility.

The acrylic manifold is fully compatible with all major commercial robotic control systems.

Each acrylic manifold comes complete with an adapter to fit standard 1ml plates, a waste collection reservoir tray, a square well collection plate and simple operating instructions. Request a free brochure from Porvair Sciences ...
