635nm SC receptacle laser diode

Photonic Products's new 635nm laser diode, 300-0068-00, packaged in an SC flangeless board mount receptacle, provides 0.8mW typ, (1mW max), output power when coupled to a 9/125µm singlemode fibre Based on a 635nm band AlGaInP laser diode with MQW structure, the device has a laser diode reverse voltage, (VRLD), of 2V, photo diode reverse voltage, (VRLD), of 30V, monitor current, (IS), of 0.2mA, operating current, (IOP), of 45mA, threshold current, (ITH), of 30mA, operating voltage of 2.2V and operating temperature range from -10C to +40C
