Laser diode provides power in small
package
Latest 635nm (red) laser diode, suitable for use in laser levellers, line markers, and laser scanners, delivers 10mW optical power from a 5.6mm package
Photonic Products can supply the DL-LS1032, Sanyo's latest red laser diode, which provides 10mW of optical power in the 635nm band wavelength Supplied in a 5.6mm package, the DL-LS1032 has a low threshold current (Ith) of 40mA, typical operating current (Iop) of 60mA, operating voltage of (Vop) of 2.3V, monitor output current (Im) of 0.15mA, differential efficiency (dPo/dIop) of 0.5mW/mA, and astigmatism (As) of 8mm
The DL-LS1032 requires a positive (N type) power supply system and has an operating temperature of -10C to +50C.
The DL-LS1032 is suitable for use in a broad range of applications such as laser levellers, line markers and laser scanners, particularly where a small package size is required.
