Laser diode for DVD-R/RW
Developed for use in high-density optical data storage, this 658nm laser is also suitable for a applications like bar code and other scanners, level, and optical measurement equipment
Photonic Products can supply the DL-LS1060, Sanyo's latest high output red laser diode, which provides 50mW CW, (90mW pulsed), of optical power, combined with 70C operation in the 658nm band wavelength Supplied in a 5.6mm package, the DL-LS1060 has a low threshold current (Ith) of 35mA, typical operating current (Iop) of 80mA, operating voltage of (Vop) of 2.7V, differential efficiency (dPo/dlop) of 1.1mW/mA, operating temperature of -10C to +70C and low astigmatism (As) of 1mm
The DL-LS1060 operates in a TE mode.
The DL-LS1060 is a real index-guided structure with AllnP current blocking layer, developed for use in high-density optical data storage DVD-R/RW.
It is also suitable for a broad range of industrial applications such as bar code scanners, laser levellers, laser scanners and optical measurement equipment, particularly where high visibility is required. Request a free brochure from Photonic Products ...
