High power red laser diode
Providing 5mW in the 635nm band wavelength, this laser diode is suitable for of industrial applications such as laser levellers, line markers and laser scanners
Photonic Products are pleased to announce the DL-LS1030, Sanyo's latest red laser diode, which provides 5mW of optical output power in the 635nm band wavelength, in a 9mm package It is suitable for use in a broad range of industrial applications such as laser levellers, line markers and laser scanners
The Sanyo DL-LS1030 laser diode has a low threshold current (Ith) of 25mA, typical operating current (Iop) of 30mA, operating voltage of (Vop) of 2.2V, monitor output current (Im) of 0.12mA, differential efficiency (dPo/dIop) of 0.6 mW/mA and astigmatism (As) of 8mm.
It requires a positive (N type) power supply system and has an operating temperature of -10C to +60C.
