Red laser diode
First product in new line of red laser diodes provides high output power of up to 35W (max) in the 635nm wavelength band
It offers 500mW optical power output at a wavelength of 670nm, with internal monitor photodiode in a 9mm package.
The SLD 1332V has an AlGaInP quantum well structure which enables it to achieve the high brightness needed for machine vision applications used in autonomous vehicles, industrial inspection, medical imaging, remote sensing, surveillance and transport.
The high optical output power of 500mW at 670nm in a 9mm package also makes the SLD1332V particularly suitable for use in therapeutic medical lasers.
Therapeutic lasers work by supplying energy to the body in the form of photons of light and allow the body to effect its own repairs.
Ailments that involve skin, tendons, nerves, blood vessels or muscles can be treated with therapeutic lasers.
The SLD1332V has an operating lifetime of MTTF 10,000H at 500mW (at an operating temperature of 25C), operating wavelength of 670nm, optical output power of 500mW and laser diode reverse voltage, (VR(LD), of 2V.
It requires a negative power supply (N-type) and has an operating temperature range of -10C to +30C. Request a free brochure from Photonic Products ...
