Lasers offer uniform emission area

High power infrared laser diodes have an absolute maximum optical output power of 1.1W and a uniform emission area for applications including excitation, measurement, and therapeutics

Photonic Products is pleased to introduce the SLD333V, Sony's latest high power infrared laser diodes, with an absolute maximum optical output power of 1.1W at 790-840nm and a high optical power density of 1W/100 microns (emitting line width) These diodes are designed to have a uniform emission area and are suitable for applications such as solid-state laser excitation, measurement, material processing or as a therapeutic laser in medical equipment

The SLD333V has a threshold current of 0.2A, typical operating current of 1.2A, operating voltage of 2V, laser diode reverse voltage of 3V and differential efficiency of 0.9W/A.

The operating temperature ranges from -10C to +30C.

They are AlGaAs laser diodes with quantum well structures, supplied in an easy to handle 9mm package, with an operating lifetime of MTTF of 10,000 hours. Request a free brochure from Photonic Products ...
