The Sigma range of motor driven metering pumps from ProMinent Fluid Controls has been upgraded with the introduction of the Sigma/3.
The latest addition to the portfolio is a comprehensive range of magnetically coupled and mechanically driven centrifugal pumps as a result of a distribution agreement with Argal srl from Italy.
This versatile and extensive range of pumps includes horizontal and vertical versions and covers a diverse range of applications, including chemical and pharmaceutical processes, chemical engineering, petro-chemical and food, textiles, tanneries, chemical products restocking and distribution plants.
The agreement to distribute Argal pumps follows on from the acquisition of the Orlita pump business and a distribution agreement for Spectra progressive cavity pumps.
Orlita pumps bring high end precision dosing pumps to the ProMinent range as well as the unique Orlita DR series of valveless metering pumps.
The 'Spectra' range of progressive cavity pumps gives a smooth metered flow for a host of applications, ranging from the transfer of polyelectrolyte to dosing systems to hygienic applications in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries.
