Practical aspects of Profibus PA in process
First presented in Bracknell, Berkshire in November 2006, this free seminar is back by popular demand from the north of England
Carrying a complementary blend of UK and international news, the newsletter is intended to supplement rather than replace the international edition.
A key feature is the listing of educational opportunities that abound in the UK, from the Profinet workshop on 14 November, through participation in MTEC and Southern Manufacturing in February 2003 to the regular monthly Certified Installer and Certified Engineer courses held at MMU.
Profinews UK was sponsored by UK members Burkert, Endress + Hauser, Hawke Fieldbus, Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU), Softing, Wago and Woodhead Connectivity, who saw it as a much-needed means to communicate their local news to UK readers.
Readers can download a copy of Issue 1 from the News section of the Profibus website, where they may also sign up to subscribe to the email version of the international edition.
UK readers may obtain a printed copy of Issue 1 by emailing Bob Squirrell, UK chairman.
Links to both the site and Mr Squirrell are provided above.
