Climate chamber for live cell microscopy
The chamber, designed to complement the NanoScanZ piezo stage, provides a stable and optimised environment in which to maintain cells during the course of long term time lapse experiments
The ProScan II advanced stepper motor controller has been redesigned with a smaller, cleaner profile and a USB communication port for high-speed computer interfacing.
As with previous models, ProScan II is capable of driving a scanning stage, motorised focus, up to three filter wheels and up to three shutters.
A plug and play feature means that all system components are automatically detected and configured on power up eliminating the need for time consuming manual set-up.
Four TTL inputs and outputs are provided to control other peripherals such as camera shutters, relays and line cameras.
For high precision stage and focus applications such as image tiling and 3D deconvolution the controller is capable of using encoder output signals.
Flash technology is also built in to allow easy upgrading of the software command set from a PC. Request a free brochure from Prior Scientific ...
