Simvector v4.50 loads Vector NTI DNA files

Premier Biosoft has released version 4.50 of Simvector with support for loading Vector NTI DNA files along with the analyses results.

Users can simply select File>Open>Sequence>From File and browse to the file location, and there is no need to import or archive files.

Simvector loads the sequence, reads the annotations and automatically scans all the analysis results performed in Vector NTI.

The analysis information such as restriction analysis, ORF search, and component fragment information is presented under separate tabs: features under the Feature tab, enzyme information under the Enzyme tab, ORF information under the ORF tab and component fragment information under the Note tab.

This enables the data to be properly organized and in a format so that it is easily accessible.
