Turbidimeters are easy to use

Described as the most sophisticated turbidimeter available with unique dual light source, 100 point datalogger and a range of measurement modes

Sophisticated but simple to use, the Orion AQ4000 and AQ4500 turbidimeters offer a unique design and exclusive features are versatile and easy to operate The AQ4000 can accommodate 13, 16 and 24mm vials and both units are IP67 waterproof and can be submerged up to 3m

The AQ4000 is an LED based multi wavelength unit, quick to warm up, using less power and prolonging the battery life for up to 1000 hours.

Gives temperature stable broadband light, which has no effect on the chemistries and is EPA approved.

It has 185 pre-programmed methods and an additional ten for custom methods, allowing up to a five-point calibration and programmable blank.

With bi-directional RS232 upload new methods from email, disk or website.

Can be used with three step auto ID vials or powder chemistries.

Measuring many species from ammonia, chlorine, nitrate and now COD.

Fully flexible Auto ID system, goes from one chemistry to the next without recalibration.

Automatically recognising the test method required and self-initiating countdown and sample reading.

Alternatively use with low cost powder chemistries which generally have a long shelf life.

The AQ4500 is described as the most sophisticated turbidimeter available with unique dual light source, 100 point datalogger and a range of measurement modes.

Designed exclusively for turbidity measurement.

Can perform readings to many standards including EPA, EBC and ISO Nephelometric.

No other instrument offers this range of measurement modes, says QCL.
