Multi-component measurement in under two
minutes

Fourier transform infrared instrument is capable of measuring a variety of viscous products including: butter, spreads, cheese, mayonnaise, chocolate, dairy products, minced meat and dressings

The QFA Focus is a powerful Fourier transform infrared instrument capable of measuring a variety of viscous products including: butter, spreads, cheese, mayonnaise, chocolate, dairy products, minced meat and dressings The instrument gives a multi-component measurement in less than two minutes

The material is measured in a low cost disposable plastic bag.

It is loaded into a sleigh at the front of the instrument which presses the sample into a uniform window.

The sleigh moves back and forth so that a large sample volume is scanned reducing any effects due to inhomogeneity.

Simple control software means unskilled personnel can quickly monitor production processes whilst its rugged construction makes it suitable for the production area. Request a free brochure from QCL Scientific ...
