The unique microspin assembly enables concentration of small amounts of RNA to only 10æl.
RNA amounts corresponding to less than one cell (as little as 1pg) can be concentrated for use in sensitive downstream applications, such as microarray analysis and real-time RT-PCR.
Larger amounts (up to 45æg) can be cleaned up and concentrated so that reaction volumes can be kept small, giving increased reaction efficiency.
The high purity allows the complete sample to be used in reactions, without inhibition.
