Plant kit provides purified DNA ready to use in standard high-throughput applications, including PCR, quantitative real-time PCR, microsatellite analysis, and SNP genotyping

The MagAttract 96 DNA plant kit provides cost-effective, high-throughput DNA purification from plant tissue The procedure can be performed manually, or automated using the BioRobot plant science system, which processes 96 samples in just 55 minutes

In addition, a 35 minute protocol is available for optimised tissue types and amounts.

The BioRobot plant science system is also compatible with many other Qiagen kits and protocols for BioRobot systems.

The MagAttract 96 DNA plant kit provides reproducible, high yields of DNA (1-15ug depending on the starting material).

Purified DNA is up to 40kb in size with fragments of 23kb predominating.

The MagAttract procedure uses magnetic beads that bind genomic DNA.

The purified DNA is ready to use in standard high-throughput applications, including PCR, quantitative real-time PCR, microsatellite analysis, and SNP genotyping.
