No cloning, transformation, fermentation, or specialised equipment is required; an expression template is simply added directly to the synthesis reaction and incubated for one hour

The new EasyXpress protein synthesis system delivers recombinant protein from a gene within a single working day Using the EasyXpress linear template kit, expression templates are generated in a two-step PCR procedure

These optimised templates and the highly productive E coli extracts in EasyXpress Protein Synthesis kits provide high protein yields in just one hour.

The easiest way to generate in vitro expression templates is using a two-step PCR procedure and the EasyXpress linear template kit, which contains enzymes, nucleotides, buffers, and primers designed to add affinity-tag coding sequences to products from the first-round of PCR.

Proteins can also be synthesised from supercoiled DNA templates (plasmids).

The EasyXpress protein synthesis kit is available in two convenient sizes: a mini kit containing pre-aliquoted E coli extract for production of up to 30ug protein from 20x50ul reactions, and a maxi kit for scalable reactions of up to 4ml.

No cloning, transformation, fermentation, or specialised equipment is required; an expression template is simply added directly to the synthesis reaction and incubated for one hour.

Proteins carrying affinity tags can be recovered in high purity using Ni-NTA and/or Strep-Tactin matrices.
