Yields of purified RNA correlate accurately to cell numbers and enable reproducible results in downstream applications, such as real-time RT-PCR and microarray analysis

The BioRobot EZ1 system is said to combine unparalleled ease-of-use with automated purification of total RNA from one to six samples of up to 1x106 cultured cells or 2x106 pretreated white blood cells in approximately 55 minutes Yields of purified RNA correlate accurately to cell numbers and enable reproducible results in downstream applications, such as real-time RT-PCR and microarray analysis

Pre-filled and sealed EZ1 reagent cartridges ensure RNase-free worktable setup, while variable elution volumes of 100-200ul allow RNA concentration to be optimised to suit the downstream application.

The high quality of RNA purified using the BioRobot EZ1 system ensures that the purified sample accurately represents the expression profiles within the cells at the time of purification.

The BioRobot EZ1 system provides walkaway automation for the isolation of total RNA from cultured cells using silica coated magnetic particle technology, eliminating tedious centrifugation.

A range of ready-to-run protocols on pre-programmed EZ1 cards enables you to set up processing as easily as using a credit card.
