2 December 2009 - Quantachrome Instruments has announced that Dr Matthias Thommes, director of applied science, has been accepted to present a paper at the 13th annual NECZA meeting.

Thommes will present a talk entitled �Progress and Challenges in the Structural Characterisation of Micro-Mesoporous Zeolites and Hierarchical Pore Structures by Physical Adsorption� at the 13th annual meeting of the North East Corridor Zeolite Association (NECZA) on 16 December 2009.

10 November 2009 - Quantachrome Instruments' director of applied science, Dr Matthias Thommes, will co-chair two sessions at this week's meeting of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers.

Thommes will also give a talk in one of the plenary sessions.
