Controller boosts precise temperature experiments
Available from Radleys, the new Huber CC-Pilot controller sets a new benchmark for easy-to-use, flexible control of the world's favourite thermostat bath range
All stainless steel construction eliminates the need for a gasket between the frame and the bath improving insulation and enhancing long-term durability and chemical resistance.
Thermal transfer from the bath to the outer casing, which may result in condensation on cooled systems or a hot surface in heated systems, is prevented by an innovative thermal control system.
Using Huber's proven plug and play technology, the Ministat family is said to provide unmatched applications flexibility through a choice of interchangeable controllers, insert cards and new high performance, variable speed pump.
The backlit LCD display has been designed forsimple and intuitive operation.
For laboratory based applications requiring precise and repeatable temperature the 'calibration insert' provides control stability to better than 0.01K.
Where the Minstat is being used to control the temperature of an external device the 'displacement insert' reduces the bath volume and directs the increased power to the external application.
All units in the Ministat family are fitted with an independent over temperature protection and bath-fluid level monitoring devices.
When activated the units give a visual and audible warning and shutdown to standby mode avoiding damage to the system or experiment.
All Ministat cooling systems are CFC and HCFC free.
