Evaporation at the touch of a button
PC Vario 3001 chemistry pump unit is a new generation of diaphragm pumping system for small to medium scale chemistry applications including evaporation, sample concentration, drying and distillation
The PC Vario 3001 chemistry pumping unit from Radleys combines the proven performance and reliability, even in tough operating conditions, of its market-leading predecessor (the PC Vario 2001) with a new highly intuitive vacuum controller The new controller provides time saving through simplified operation resulting from easy-to-use jog wheel operation and clear text menus

Synthesiser improves chemistry productivity
Radleys has announced a new and improved version of its Carousel 12 reaction station, which it says is the world's most popular parallel synthesiser; the Carousel 12 Plus
Using proven low vacuum chemistry pumping technology the PC VARIO 3001 sets the standard for reliability, reproducibility, efficiency and low operational noise in a compact bench top unit.
Providing vacuum down to 2mbar and a pumping speed of up to 1.7m3/ hr the PC Vario 3001 delivers fast, continuously high evaporation rates even with high boiling point solvents.
High performance combined with fully automatic adaptation of the vacuum to the actual process parameters means that process times with the PC Vario 3001 are typically 30% shorter and without the need for any user programming.
The PC Vario 3001 with automatic boiling point detection and anti bumping technology as standard means that it is no longer necessary to constantly monitor the process, thus dramatically improving both productivity and quality of work life.
Low cost of ownership is ensured through use of PC Vario 3001 'no-stress' chemically resistant PTFE and fluorinated plastic head design for all parts coming into contact with the pumped media with service intervals typically exceeding well in excess of 20,000 running hours.
In addition to all these benefits Radleys is offering the further security of a special three year extended warranty on all new PC Vario 3001 purchased before end of March 2008.
