Eliminating bottlenecks in post
synthesis work-up
Carousel work-up station facilitates parallel or sequential work-up of up to 12 samples, using filtration, phase separation, liquid/liquid extraction or SPE techniques
Simple and convenient, the Carousel work-up station is, says Radleys, proven to reduce post synthesis bottlenecks The innovative system is designed for use with the 12 position Carousel reaction station or similar parallel synthesisers

Compact the Carousel work-up station accepts up to 12x70ml columns loaded into one of two identical stackable racks.
This enables parallel and/or sequential work-up of 12 samples and collection of product into a lower rack with Carousel Reaction Tubes or standard one-inch boiling tubes.
The unique design uses no taps, valves or drip needles, making assembly and operation fast and simple.
The system may be used under gravity or with the innovative SpeedFlow Booster allowing precise individual control of solvent flow within each column.
Ergonomically designed the Carousel work-up station uses lightweight aluminium racks that are both easy to load and exceptionally stable providing good access and visibility to all the columns and tubes.
Identical racks lock together for ease of operation or transportation from location to location.
For enhancing post synthesis work-up further the system provides option for a third rack above the second rack for sequential work-up.
