Miniature LVDTs handle real-life
conditions
RDP Electronics' D5-G range of miniature LVDTs provide excellent magnetic screening and easy mounting
Industrial measurement environments rarely match those of the laboratory, and demands on accurate transducers in normal working conditions can be severe RDP Electronics can provide solutions to nearly all gauging sensor requirements with its D5-G range of miniature LVDTs
Housed in a robust stainless steel case, these transducers provide excellent magnetic screening and easy mounting.
Available in working ranges from +/-0.25mm to +/-12.7mm, each transducer in the D5-G series has an encapsulated winding with magnetic shielding.
The ruggedised construction, low-friction bearing and ball-ended probes have been specifically designed for accuracy.
They can provide a repeatability of less than a micron with good linearity.
Additionally, the D5-G series can be supplied in special versions, for example to operate in environments exposed to gamma radiation or high pressure, non-conducting oil. Request a free brochure from RDP Electronics ...
