Food contamination seminar in London
The seminar will cover the subject of contamination from the perspective of legislators, enforcement authorities, retailers, food manufacturers and analytical laboratories
RSSL Food Training is holding a food contamination seminar on Tuesday 21 February 2006, in association with the food commodities and ingredients group of the Society of Chemical Industry (SCI) The event will take place at the HQ of SCI, at 14/15 Belgrave Square, London
The seminar will cover the subject of contamination from the perspective of legislators, enforcement authorities, retailers, food manufacturers and analytical laboratories.
It will deal with issues of accidental and deliberate contamination, drawing on recent high-publicity cases for lessons to be learned.
It will be of interest to anyone who has any role in dealing with food contamination incidents.
