Raman/AFM/NSOM system wins award
Photonics Circle of Excellence Award for device which brings together for the first time in one commercial instrument, Raman, AFM, and NSOM imaging techniques
The awards, conferred annually, honour the 25 most technically innovative new products of the year, as judged by the members of Laurin Publishing's Photonics Spectra editorial advisory board The Raman/AFM/NSOM system was chosen for one of these awards in 2002 from hundreds of entries submitted from around the world
