Optics and optical design for the
nuclear industry
Resolve Optics's range of non-browning lenses have been designed for use with 1/2inch, 2/3inch and 1inch CCTV cameras as well as Newvicon and Chalnicon tubes in nuclear monitoring applications
All optical elements within Resolve Optics radiation tolerant optical systems, fixed focus and zoom lens designs are made using cerium oxide doped glass or synthetic silica enabling them to withstand radiation doses of up to 100,000,000 rads without degradation of performance Compact in design - Resolve Optics fixed focus non-browning lens range from 6 mm to 25mm focal length with fields of view up to 108 degrees

High performance lenses for radioactive locations
Resolve Optics has developed a comprehensive range of non-browning (radiation-resistant) lenses for use in radioactive environments
All fixed focus non-browning lens provide high image resolution and minimum geometric distortion from 400-750nm.
Resolve Optics's non-browning zoom lenses are characterised by their compactness, high resolution and focus tracking throughout the zoom range.
Most zoom lenses can be supplied in non-motorised or motorised formats and in materials to suit the widest range of applications.
For space-restricted applications the Type 200 range is said to be probably the smallest stand-alone high performance zoom lens currently commercially available.
These radiation-tolerant optical systems can be designed to meet any requirement of widely differing nuclear applications. Request a free brochure from Resolve Optics ...
