Detectors boost spectrophotometer
sensitivity

UV-vis-NIR spectrophotometer is equipped with three detectors, PMT, InGaAs and Pbs, to ensure high sensitivity over the entire measurement range and help achieve the world's lowest claimed noise level

Shimadzu Scientific Instruments has introduced the new UV-3600 UV-vis-NIR spectrophotometer The UV-3600 is equipped with three detectors: a photomultiplier tube (PMT) for the UV-vis region, and InGaAs and PbS detectors for the NIR region

The three detectors ensure high sensitivity over the entire measurement range and help achieve the world's lowest claimed noise level with <0.00003Abs noise at 1500nm.

A high-performance double monochromator ensures ultra-low stray light (0.00005% or less at 340nm) at high resolution.

Measurement range varies from 185 to 3300nm, enabling analysis in a wide variety of applications.

Shimadzu's UV-3600 spectrophotometer has a large sample compartment and integrating sphere attachment for easy measurement of solid samples.

The absolute specular reflectance (ASR) attachments ensure that high-accuracy absolute reflectance measurements are possible, says Shimadzu.

Additional accessories expand the range of measurement possibilities.

UV Probe software enables easy data analysis and processing functions and provides enhanced security features and an audit trail. Request a free brochure from Shimadzu Scientific Instruments ...
