Rugged lab balance for fast and precise
weighing
Sartorius says its CP series of laboratory balances, whose reliability has won over many users in their daily lab procedures, sets the standards yet again in technology, quality and features.
This new CP series covers 29 models that range from a microbalance to heavy-duty models with weighing capacity of up to 34kg All models of the Sartorius CP are equipped with the monolithic weigh cell available only from Sartorius

Put high reliability into laboratory routines
Analytical and precision balances have been specially designed to enable users to effectively and reliably accomplish daily routine tasks in the laboratory
Whenever required in a process, the balance can be automatically internally calibrated and adjusted by the built-in, motorised calibration weight at a touch of the Cal key.
If the ambient temperature changes by a specific value or after a defined time interval has elapsed, the CP's calibration and adjustment feature, Isocal, fully automatically performs internal adjustment.
Thus, the CP balance independently ensures calibration and adjustment at regular intervals and always delivers consistently high accuracy.
Not only the CP's sturdy housing, but also its entire construction is designed for durability.
The same applies to the control keys, the components on a balance that are most frequently used.
They feature positive click action to enable the user to know reliably when a function has been activated.
Even after the keys have been pressed thousands of times, they will continue to work just as precisely as on day one.
The high-contrast, backlit display offers outstanding readability under any room lighting conditions the micro- and semi-microbalances operate without backlighting.
The design and size of the draft shield on analytical and microbalances as well as on 1mg precision balances have been specially adapted to each balance's particular readability, offering the user clear advantages.
These include, for example, optimal shielding from drafts and draft shield doors that glide open moothly for unimpeded access to the weighing chamber.
Connected to a Sartorius data printer or a computer, the lab balances of the new CP series generate the mandatory documentation for use in a quality management system. Request a free brochure from Sartorius Group ...
