A chemistry graduate, Ford joins Scimcon from Flexsys (formerly Monsanto), where he spent nearly 14 years in various lab and IT management roles.
At Flexsys he was responsible for setting up and managing successful Lims projects in the UK, France, Italy, and Malaysia.
On his appointment at Scimcon, Andy says: "I'm really looking forward to using my hands-on lab experience to help our customers at Scimcon.
Having been on the other side of the fence as a user implementing laboratory systems, I'm confident I'll be able to add value to our customer base and the company as a whole.".
