A new angle on machine lighting
Combination of high output and 45deg angle of illumination results in a small, but extremely intense, area of light that is ideal for detailed inspection in critical applications
This combination of fixed magnification and increased focal length allows the microscope to provide a longer viewing distance than similar products of its type.
The focusing distance is from prism tip up to 15mm and the MS1000LW needs only a 1mm gap to enable an underneath view of a BGA device.
This means that when used under BGA components, more balls can be inspected in greater detail in less time.
When used with the powerful fibre optic back light even more underside detail is revealed and most BGA faults can be identified easily and quickly.
All back lights and MS1000 series microscopes can be fitted with 1mm prisms for minimum space applications and all units are supplied complete with necessary cables, power supply adapter, 2mm prism, straight lens, cleaning cloth and manual.
