A Sherwood Scientific product story
Edited by the Laboratorytalk editorial team May 21, 2003

Autosampler is programmed to integrate with flame photometers to deliver automated blank and calibration routines and standalone measurement of samples at the rate of 90 samples per hour

Sherwood Scientific announces the introduction of the model 860 autosampler.

Fitted initially to its model 420 and model 425 flame photometers, the 860 can hold 40 samples in addition to the reagent blank and calibration standard.

It is programmed to integrate with either flame photometer to deliver automated blank and calibration routines and standalone measurement of samples at the rate of 90 samples per hour.

Model 860 autosampler is mounted on the model 805 continuous flow diluter, which performs the sample dilution and this arrangement gives the smallest footprint available for such a system.

Sherwood Scientific, manufacturer of flame photometers, moisture analysers, chloride analysers, filter photometers and other instruments, says it intends to integrate the 860 with its other analysers in due course.
