No-drip multi-function fluid valve for long life

A Sealant Equipment and Engineering product story
Edited by the Laboratorytalk editorial team Dec 28, 2006

Sealant Equipment and Engineering's new model 2600-060 No-drip fluid valve is designed for precise on-off flow control of medium- to high-viscosity fluid materials

The model 2600-060 valve can also be used as a dispense valve for viscous materials such as acrylic, epoxy, PVC, silicone, urethane and lubricants.

With its tungsten-carbide ball-end needle and carbide seat, model 2600-060 is built for long service life.

Replacing the needle, piston and all the seals in the valve can be accomplished in less than two minutes.

The valve's one-piece pre-assembled cartridge is the only part required and the valve does not have to be removed to perform service.

The pneumatically actuated 2600-060 no-drip valve is rated for 5000psi.

Its rugged construction also includes an anti-abrasive, hard-coated needle shaft and wear-resistant fluid seals to maximize valve life.

The valve body has three 3/8NPT inlet fluid ports for easy connection and a 3/8NPT outlet port for high-flow requirements.

Precision dowel and screw holes allow easy, accurate in-line or surface mounting.

Material is delivered to the No-Drip valve by either a metering assembly or under regulated pressure from supply pumps available from Sealant Equipment and Engineering.

Detailed information about the valve is available from the company's website.
