USB video microscope
Microscope obtains its power direct from the USB port of a PC or laptop computer, and is fully portable making it ideal for laboratory and field applications where mains power would be a problem
The Micro Square DS-3U USB video microscope system has a wide magnification range (infinite - x450) without changing lenses The microscope obtains its power direct from the USB port of a PC or laptop computer, and is fully portable weighing only 500g and measuring 160(h) by 65(w) by 66mm(d) - an ideal system for both laboratory and field applications where mains power would be a problem
The DS-3U system has its own built in double ring white LED illumination, and also comes with three diffuser filters (for increased contrast under various conditions).
The microscope also has an integral stand and comes supplied in its own carrying case complete with software on CD.
Pictures can be captured in either BMP or Jpeg formats and short video AVI files can also be taken.
