Ex-Accenture partner appointed to board
Michael Spencer has been appointed non-executive director of regulatory software specialist the Synapse Partnership
Previously a partner at Accenture's health and life sciences practice, Spencer held a number of senior positions during his 15 year tenure there Roles included European ebusiness lead, and technology and systems integration lead focusing on the regulatory and clinical development areas
With considerable programme management experience and an extensive network of industry contacts, Spencer is expected to make a significant contribution to Synapse's ambitious development programme.
Specialising in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturing industries, Synapse has developed RegTracker, a global marketing authorisation management tool that keeps track of registration and licensing information at all stages of a product's life cycle.
It allows users to access, control and utilise the vast quantities of data required to launch and market pharmaceutical and medicinal products.
