Partnership agreeement for secure bi-directional interfacing between chromatography data system and any Lims while maintaining 21 CFR Part 11 compliance

Scientific Software and Labtronics announce their partnership in providing LimsLinkCDS as the new software solution for secure, bi-directional interfacing between Scientific Software's EZChrom Elite chromatography data system and any Lims In many cases bi-directional communication can take place without creating additional files outside of either application, providing a critical component for maintaining 21 CFR Part 11 compliance

Worklists can be uploaded from the CDS and sample results can be retrieved and delivered directly to the Lims.

Electronic signatures, 100 assignable levels of password protection, and a full audit trail implementation further ensure that LimsLinkCDS includes the level of security and accountability required to maintain regulatory compliance as data is transferred between applications.

"As an interfacing solution that is specifically designed to address the needs and requirements of Lims interfacing, LimsLinkCDS offers EZChrom Elite users a secure and fully integrated interfacing solution" said, Michael Elliott, vice president, sales and marketing, Scientific Software.

"Our instrument OEM partners will also benefit by being able to have a single solution for Lims interfacing.".
