Designed for the single HPLC or GC, EZStart provides a complete software solution for specific instruments for less than US$3000.
Each EZStart software package includes software control of the LC or GC instrument as well as control of data acquisition, data processing, postrun analysis, and reporting.
Software wizards are provided to guide users to create methods and sequences quickly and easily.
EZStart software includes many powerful features such as integration on the fly and the exclusive SmartSequence that can generate conditional actions and decisions while running sequences in an automated, unattended mode.
Packages available at introduction include EZStart software with control of the Agilent 5890, 6850, and 6890 GCs, Agilent MicroGC, Agilent 1100 HPLC, Varian CP-3800, 4900, CP-900x GCs, Varian Micro-GC, Hitachi LaChrom LC, and Thermo SpectroSystem LC.
Appropriate autosampler control for these instruments is also included as part of the overall instrument control.
Scientific Software intends to release additional EZStart packages as they are developed.
A special EZStart Software Package provides EZStart software for Scientific Software's SS420x.
The SS420x is an intelligent, buffered analogue to digital converter that supports up to four channels of data acquisition.
This enables EZStart to be used on virtually all commercial analogue-signal detectors for HPLC and GC.
All EZStart Software Packages can be upgraded to SSI's powerful EZChrom Elite enterprise chromatography data systems to take advantage of the full flexibility and power of a state-of-the art client/server chromatography data system.
All EZStart methods, sequences, instrument configurations, and results are compatible with EZChrom Elite to enable EZStart users to expand as their needs change while preserving much of their initial software and hardware investment.
EZStart software packages are immediately available.
