GetSys, located in Dresden, Germany and specialising in optical measurement systems, presents the BlendAlyser - its latest development for contact-free online monitoring of powder blending processes

The BlendAlyser is well tailored for the needs of pharmaceutical industries and research establishments, says Sentronic Due to its extremely light weight (6.5kg) and its compact design compliant with cGMP and IP65, the system can be easily adjusted and mounted to different blending systems

Using NIR spectroscopy the BlendAlyser analyses blending behaviours of several powders.

Besides online monitoring of product homogeneity and end point of the blend process based on this, quantitative determinations of particular ingredients applying chemometric calibrations are possible, too.

Sampling and time consuming and expensive HPLC laboratory analysis are no longer necessary.

Advantages at one glance:.

Real time analysis and endpoint detection of blending processes.

Mems technology for high long-life cycles and stability.

Wavelength range from 1350-1800nm, high resolution of 1nm.

Software package compliant with 21 part 11 high flexibility and easy handling.

Getsys - your qualified partner for laboratory and process technologies.

Besides the development and fabrication of optical measuring systems, Getsys offers of course various services regarding its product range.

This enables it to provide optionally a complete documentation for the system's qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ).
