Chair for phlebotomy patients
The popular range of Stretchairs from Knight Imaging, the medical imaging accessory division of Southern Scientific, is now available in a specially designed version for phlebotomy patients
The lightweight tubular construction of Stretchair ensures ease of patient transfer for all types of medical diagnosis These new versions, the first of which have been delivered to the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, have modified foot supports to speed up patient transfer and positioning to cater for the demands made by the relatively short examination times of phlebotomy work
The chairs also have modified arm supports to help medical staff during testing while increasing patient comfort and the chair gives complete support to the patient in the event of fainting.
