The series 8000 analysers from Systech Instruments are simple to use, modular systems for the precise analysis of the oxygen permeation performance of packaging film up to 1.27mm thick Two models are available; the 8000 has a very wide measurement range of 0.008 to 432,000cc/m2/day, and the 8500, suitable for less demanding applications, has a range of 50 to 99,999cc/m2/day

All standard and expansion test chambers use the same oxygen sensor ensuring single calibration accuracy and repeatability.
The Windows software controls all operations from calibration and test chamber purging to temperature and humidity simulation and test results analysis.
Tabbed primary screens, drop down menus and pop-up data fields combined with process automation provide a functional and simple to use operational environment.
Calibration can be by both standard gas and NIST traceable films for film-to-film comparison and data reliability.
All data can be tracked, stored and output in a range of common file formats.
Conforming to European, American, and Asian test standards, the Systech series 8000 high performance oxygen permeation analysers combine simplicity with flexibility and precision.
