Robust and cost-effective oxygen
analysis
EC600 oxygen transducer from Systech Instruments is aimed at the OEM market but is equally suitable for industrial and laboratory applications where a reliable oxygen analysis transducer is needed
The combination of a single gas inlet with a choice of pipe fittings, in-built pressure regulation or ambient operation, simple on-site calibration and two-wire, 420mA loop power make the EC600 ideal for a wide range of applications including monitoring glove boxes, nitrogen generators and gas shrouding systems The standard, integrated three-button keypad with a bright LED read-out provides field calibration and ppm or % range selection

Fast and accurate film permeation analysis
Molecules of oxygen, diffusing through the film, are carried by nitrogen to a precision sensor that directly measures oxygen content for display without complex extrapolation
The optional remote display unit provides simple and accurate on-site calibration and set-up, input of alarm set-points and 4-20mA retransmission.
The RS232 interface enables data transmission to a network for off-site monitoring.
The maintenance free, galvanic fuel cell gives the transducer a long life, typically three years for the ppm type and five years for the % type.
An EC600 suitable for use in Atex hazardous areas will be available in the near future.
Installation and replacement of the instrument are simple requiring only a single Allen key.
The new Systech model EC600 oxygen transducer is an easy to use solution wherever gases need to be monitored for oxygen content.
