The SteriTouch keyboard covers are manufactured using vacuum forming technology, utilizing a mould manufactured from a sample of the original keyboard, and thus achieving a key hugging unnoticeable fit.
Formed from extremely robust yet very thin antimicrobial polyurethane material and employing their own antimicrobial silver based additive, the cover will provide 24/7 protection from bacterial contamination for many years.The cleaning of the cover couldn't be easier, as cleaning chemicals such as detergents, alcohol and chlorine solutions have no ill effect on the polyurethane, whilst the adhesive fitment onto the bottom of the keyboard stops any fluid ingress into casing joints.
With moulds for 1500 keyboard types, most customers needs can easily be met with a stock product.
In the rare instance that a mould isn't in stock, tooling can usually be made relatively quickly.
Production capabilities are not limited solely to keyboard covers, almost any device can have an antimicrobial cover manufactured by this method.
