Supercritical Fluid Technologies has introduced the SFT-100 SFE for research and process development.
Supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) provides an alternative to traditional extraction methods using organic solvents.
Process parameters developed in the laboratory are said to be essential in the scale up to pilot or production-scale equipment.
Precise control of temperature and pressure ensure reproducible extractions.
The SFT-100 uses dual-sapphire syringe-pump technology and integrated pre-heaters ensure tight control over these parameters.
