The WebSeal system from Sun-SRi provides a high level of convenience for scientists working with 96 well micro titer plates The 500ul WebSeal kit consists of a 96 well mid-depth polypropylene micro titer plate which is pre-inserted with 500ul glass vials and includes the WebSeal silicon/PTFE sealing mat
The sealing mat provides for easy sealing of all 96 wells to eliminate cross contamination of the samples.
A cutting tool is provided which allows individual tubes to be removed from the rack without breaking the seal.
The sealing mats are available solid or pre-slit for easy penetration and they are dry heat autoclavable.
