Highly skilled technical staff, specially trained to support each of Synoptics's distinct divisions, Syngene, Synbiosis, and Syncroscopy are now manning the new offices and workshops.
Syngene, the largest division, produces powerful systems for analysis and documentation of information from DNA and protein gels.
Syncroscopy and Synbiosis's expertise lies in providing imaging solutions for microscopy and microbial applications respectively.
As well as having a complete sales and marketing support team, Synoptics Inc has a fully equipped workshop with expert personnel trained to service and repair all Synoptics systems.
The company also has a team of service engineers, on call to repair and service Synoptics equipment in users' laboratories anywhere in the USA.
Paul Ellwood, president of Synoptics Inc stated: "We are investing very heavily in ensuring that our sales and support team in the USA is every bit as professional and skilled as our European team.
In fact, our commitment is so serious to our US customers that over a third of the Synoptics's workforce is now based in the USA and we intend to keep expanding here to meet customer needs."
