Syngene awarded major European prize
GeneGnome scientific imaging system wins a European Information Society Technologies (IST) prize for its outstanding combination of innovative design and sophisticated IT
The GeneGnome was chosen out of 294 applicants from 26 countries by a Euro-Case nominated panel of IT experts in 16 European countries and is the only product from a UK-based company to be so honoured The prize will be awarded at a ceremony, taking place in December 2001 during the European IST conference in Dusseldorf, one of the largest European gatherings of international IT experts
