Dedicated system for chemiluminescent
imaging

Allows life scientists to rapidly and confidently make accurate, automatic distinctions between close bands, as well as increase their chemiluminescent signal strength

Syngene, a manufacturer of image analysis solutions, introduces its new GeneGnome HR (high resolution), chemiluminescent image analyser This system ensures life scientists can rapidly and confidently make accurate, automatic distinctions between close bands, as well as increase their chemiluminescent signal strength

With GeneGnome HR, Syngene has built on the success of its award-winning GeneGnome by enhancing the performance of its best features. For example, Syngene has integrated the latest chip technology into the system to provide 1300x1030 pixel images.

This means that users can enjoy higher resolution, making it quicker and easier to automatically separate and analyse the closest bands on chemiluminescent blots.

The GeneGnome HR, which remains simple to use with its one click automatic set up, also has a new binning option.

This allows data stored in two or more adjacent pixels on the chip to be combined and read as a single, larger pixel.

This is a major benefit to scientists working with blots that generate low light levels because binning removes unwanted background and increases signal intensity, allowing even the faintest bands to be seen and analysed.

Paul Ellwood, Syngene's sales and marketing director, explained: "The GeneGnome HR is a great addition to Syngene's range of image analysers.

We have taken the power inside our uniquely designed, compact GeneGnome and by adding the most up to the minute imaging technology, have made it even better. Request a free brochure from Syngene ...

The greater pixel definition and new binning option produce unrivalled resolving power, without compromising on sensitivity, making the GeneGnome HR the premier system on the market for dedicated chemiluminescent imaging.".
